Westdrive Kia were fantastic because I unfortunately wrote my car off on the way to pick up my new one! They helped me sort out the insurance, let me leave my broken car with them, advised me on who I needed to call and where to get a hire car from, and looked after me for about 5 hours and kept me topped up with coffee. They let me charge my phone and use one of their desks. They were absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. I have now finally got my new car and they were completely understanding with the delay. They held the car for me, and put up with me phoning them everyday to let them know the updates!
