Motability customers collecting their car make use of an e-signature in the form of a unique, one-off Personal Identification Number (PIN). E-signatures replace the requirement for written signatures throughout the documents involved in the car handover process, making it quicker and easier to complete.
In addition to saving time, e-signatures also mean that there are no more application rejections due to administrative mistakes on the application forms, such as forgetting to sign one page of a document.
