The fully electric van built for serious work. The Kia PV5 Cargo is the first vehicle in Kia’s Purpose Built Vehicle range — a purpose-designed, born-electric panel van riding on the dedicated E-GMP.S platform. With up to 258 miles of range, a 790 kg payload, twin rear doors and Euro-pallet compatibility, it’s built to keep businesses moving.
The PV5 Cargo is built on Kia’s dedicated E-GMP.S (Service) skateboard platform — the same family of architecture underpinning the EV6 and EV9, engineered for commercial duty. A front-mounted 163 ps motor delivers 250 Nm of instant torque from standstill.
Two battery options are available: the 51.4 kWh Standard Range for urban fleets, and the 71.2 kWh Long Range for mixed-use and longer routes. All PV5s use 400V architecture enabling 150 kW DC fast charging — a 10–80% charge in under 30 minutes.
The cargo area accommodates two standard Euro pallets side-by-side in the L2H1 configuration. A single sliding side door is standard; a second is available as an option. L1H1 and L2H2 body sizes launch in 2026.
