Long Range in a Compact Footprint
The EV3 pairs a 150 kW front-mounted motor with a choice of 58.3 kWh standard-range or 81.4 kWh long-range battery. The long-range car returns up to 375 miles on the WLTP cycle — among the longest of any compact electric SUV.
Performance is brisk rather than frantic: 283 Nm of torque delivers 0–62mph in 7.5 seconds in standard-range form, and charging from 10–80% takes around 31 minutes at up to 150 kW.
A 460-litre boot and 25-litre front storage compartment give the EV3 more usable space than most petrol rivals of the same length, with Kia's i-Pedal 3.0 one-pedal driving making town work easier.
