The Kia EV6 is the car that set the template for Kia's electric range. An 800-volt architecture delivers a 10–80% charge in as little as 18 minutes, while up to 361 miles of WLTP range and a choice of rear- or all-wheel drive cover everything from commuting to serious distance.
From £45,635 OTR
The EV6's 800-volt system is the headline. On a 260 kW ultra-fast charger it takes on 10–80% of capacity in around 18 minutes — closer to a coffee stop than a charging session.
Two batteries are offered: a 63.0 kWh standard-range good for up to 265 miles, and an 84.0 kWh long-range delivering up to 361 miles in rear-wheel-drive form on 19-inch wheels.
Rear-wheel-drive models cover 0–62mph in 7.7 seconds; all-wheel drive cuts that to 5.3 seconds with added traction in poor weather. Plug&Charge handles authentication and payment automatically at compatible chargers.
Electric crossover · 800-volt ultra-fast chargingThe 18-minute charge time requires a 260 kW DC charger. Range varies by battery, drivetrain, wheel size and conditions. Vehicle-to-Load is fitted to GT-Line S models.

An 800-volt architecture — shared with far more expensive machinery — means the EV6 spends less time plugged in than almost anything at the price.
Up to 361 miles from the long-range battery covers London to Newcastle with charge to spare, and most weeks of commuting on a single charge.
All-wheel-drive models add a front motor for surefooted progress in wet and wintry conditions, plus 0–62mph in 5.3 seconds.
The EV6 has been Kia's electric flagship long enough for the technology to be thoroughly sorted.
Authentication and payment happen automatically at compatible chargers — plug in and walk away, with no app or card required.
Fitted to GT-Line S, V2L delivers mains power from the battery for equipment, appliances or another electric vehicle.
Twin 12.3-inch screens sit under one curved panel across all trims, pairing driver information with navigation and media.
For drivers who want long range and genuinely quick charging in one car.
An 18-minute rapid charge and 361-mile range make regular 300-mile journeys practical rather than planned around.
Fast public charging is far less of a chore when a useful top-up takes under twenty minutes.
All-wheel drive adds confidence on wet, rural and winter roads without a significant range penalty.
