Electric, the Mazda Way
The CX-6e is built around a 78 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery driving a single rear-mounted motor. With 258 PS and rear-wheel drive, it keeps the balanced, driver-focused character Mazda is known for rather than chasing outright acceleration — 0–62mph takes 7.9 seconds.
WLTP range reaches up to 300 miles depending on specification, and a 10–80% rapid charge takes around 24 minutes. An 11 kW on-board charger and a standard heat pump help protect range in cold weather.
At 4,850mm long on a 2,902mm wheelbase, the CX-6e offers 468 litres of boot space, rising to 1,434 litres with the rear seats folded, plus an 80-litre compartment under the bonnet for charging cables.
